About OdinOdin is a 3.5-year-old purebred Siberian Husky with an exceptionally kind heart. He is an extremely human-centric and social dog who loves everyone he meets—especially kids. He has a strong desire to please, learns very quickly, and will do almost anything for extra cuddles, attention, and social interaction. Odin is active, hardworking, and loves being on the move. He is well-trained for pulling while running, biking, or skiing, and knows essential directional commands such as right, left, and stop etc. He is currently trained with commands in Hungarian, but because he is so focused on pleasing his handler and understands the core principles so well, transitioning him to English or Norwegian commands will be seamless. What Odin Needs in His New HomeOdin is a dog who genuinely wants to be someone’s favorite. He craves one-on-one affection and attention, and he doesn't fully thrive when he has to share that focus with too many other dogs. I am looking for a home where he will be either the only dog or in a household with a maximum of one other dog. He will suit someone who:• Has the time and desire to shower him with love, affection, and attention every day.• Enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and wants a strong, enthusiastic partner for running, biking, or skiing.• Understands that he will need a short transition period to feel fully settled and secure in his new environment. Being Left Alone at HomeOdin is used to being left alone at home. However, because he has always d alongside other dogs, please expect that he might "talk" or be vocal initially as he adjusts to being alone in a brand-new environment. With patience and consistent routines, this will settle quickly. Why Am I Open to This?Odin is an attention-seeking dog who prefers to be the center of focus. Because he s with other dogs, he gets less individual attention than he would prefer.I am in no hurry and will only let him go if the ideal situation comes along.
